Enzin Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Asterism Works (operator: Yasuhiko Yamamoto (address disclosed without delay upon request); “we,” “us”) handles information in Enzin, our team-management app (the “App”). When we offer paid plans, we will publish a separate disclosure required by Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

5. Who can see information

6. Retention and deletion

7. Children’s information

The App is intended for youth sports teams but is not intended for use by children under 13 on their own. Only a guardian or team representative registers information about a player (a child). A guardian may ask the team representative or us (support@asterism-works.com) to review, correct, or delete their child’s information. Before recording or streaming video, the team must obtain consent from the guardian of each player who appears. The App can record that consent.

8. Logs, safeguards, and your rights

We retain server access logs (such as IP address and device type) for 90 days to investigate failures and prevent abuse. We use safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and permission management. To request access to, correction, deletion, or suspension of use of your information or your child’s information, contact support@asterism-works.com. We will respond after confirming your identity or parental authority.
