Enzin Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern use of Enzin, a team-management app provided by Asterism Works (operator: Yasuhiko Yamamoto (address disclosed without delay upon request); “we”; the “App”).
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using the App, you agree to these Terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Team representatives should guide team members to comply with these Terms.
2. Accounts
- Users log in using an Apple, Google, or LINE account. Users are responsible for managing their accounts.
- A guardian or team representative registers information about players (children).
3. Team information
- A team owns information it registers, including schedules, attendance, carpools, duties, match records, and videos.
- Except as necessary to provide the service, investigate bugs or abuse, or comply with law, we do not view or use the contents of a team’s data. If we view contents for support, we notify the team representative in advance and keep a record.
4. Recording, streaming, and YouTube
- Before recording or streaming a match, teams must obtain consent from guardians of players who will appear.
- When using the YouTube connection, users must follow the YouTube Terms of Service. Teams determine the visibility and “made for kids” settings for streams and videos in accordance with YouTube’s rules.
- The team manages videos uploaded to its connected channel.
5. Prohibited conduct
- Impersonating another person or using another person’s account
- Violating laws, public order and morals, or another person’s rights
- Posts, recording, or streaming that harms players or other users
- Writing unnecessary personal or health information in free-text fields
- Interfering with operation of the App or using it improperly
6. Paid plans
- The App is currently provided free of charge.
- Before we introduce paid plans, we will announce the pricing, period, included features, payment method, cancellation and refund terms in the App or on this page, and publish a separate disclosure under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
7. Team and account deletion
- When team deletion is requested, all information for that team is deleted after a seven-day cancellation period. Deleted information cannot be restored.
- You can start account deletion in the App settings. When account deletion is requested, we delete information for that account after a seven-day cancellation period.
8. Changes or suspension of the service
We may change or stop providing the App after giving notice in the App or on this page at least 14 days in advance. In an emergency, notice may be given afterward.
9. Disclaimer
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the App or that its records, carpool, or duty proposals meet users’ purposes.
- Carpooling is a tool to help users coordinate. Responsibility and insurance for driving, riding, and transport are governed by arrangements among drivers and the team. We are not a party to them and, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, are not responsible for related accidents, disputes, or losses.
- To the extent permitted by law, and except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the App is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Where Japan’s Consumer Contract Act applies, it prevails.
10. Changes to these Terms
We will give notice of material changes in the App or on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
11. Governing law and court
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The district court having jurisdiction over our address shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
